If you’re looking for me, I’ll be hiding under my blanket fort eating chocolate chip cookies and coloring.
Sometimes I want to hide away from the noise…
doors knocking
endless talking
music playing
media saying blah, blah, blah.
I know what I need!
If you’re looking for me, I’ll be escaping to a treehouse in the woods drinking wine and eating cheese and chocolates and taking a nap.
Sometimes I have to get away from the hurry…
lost and found
slowing down
just breathe and be
journey back to me, ahhh.
And then I take heed.
If you’re looking for me, I’ll be right here in the arms of Jesus, eating the bread of life, drinking from the cup of salvation and dancing in the sunlight.
Every time I am embraced by his love…
restored and refreshed
new life from death
joy and peace
delight and release, aha!
This is true life, indeed.
